Application of the "Narrative Medicine" Teaching Method in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractToexploreinnovative paths forcriticalcare nursingeducation,thisstudy focuseson160 nursing students from the2022nursing programat ZhejiangDongfangPolytechnic,andexploresandconstructsadualaxis teachingmodelof "technology narrative".The experimental group(80 people)embedded narrative medicine intoamixed teaching process, conducting teaching through four stagesof"narativematerial integration-network platform interaction-classroom narrativesharing-structuredoperationreview",whilethecontrolgroup (8Opeople)adopted traditionaltheory+practical teaching.Theresultsshowedthattheexperimental grouphadsignificantlyhigheroperationalandtheoreticalscores than the control group (P<0.05) ; In the satisfaction survey of teaching, the experimental group outperformed the control group intermsof theoreticalknowledgeunderstanding,operationalabilityimprovement,teamwork,and learning interest (P<0.05) .Research has shown that the "technology narrative"dualaxis teaching modelcanprovide aninnovative path for the collaborative cultivation of skills and humanities in critical care nursing education.
