Application of the "Narrative Medicine" Teaching Method in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractToexploreinnovative paths forcriticalcare nursingeducation，thisstudy focuseson160 nursing students from the2022nursing programat ZhejiangDongfangPolytechnic，andexploresandconstructsadualaxis teachingmodelof "technology narrative".The experimental group（80 people）embedded narrative medicine intoamixed teaching process， conducting teaching through four stagesof"narativematerial integration-network platform interaction-classroom narrativesharing-structuredoperationreview"，whilethecontrolgroup （8Opeople）adopted traditionaltheory+practical teaching.Theresultsshowedthattheexperimental grouphadsignificantlyhigheroperationalandtheoreticalscores than the control group （P<0.05） ; In the satisfaction survey of teaching， the experimental group outperformed the control group intermsof theoreticalknowledgeunderstanding，operationalabilityimprovement，teamwork，and learning interest （P<0.05） .Research has shown that the "technology narrative"dualaxis teaching modelcanprovide aninnovative path for the collaborative cultivation of skills and humanities in critical care nursing education.
