AbstractAgainst the background of the construction of "New Medical Sciences"and the rapid development of obstetric and gynecology， the traditional teaching model ofthe course "Advances in Obstetrics and Gynecology"can hardlymeet the needs of cultivating compound medical talents.To address the existing problems in the course，this study systematically improves postgraduates’scientific research and innovation abilities through reform measures such as constructing an interdisciplinary integrated teaching system， integrating cuting-edge resources to build a research and learning platform，implementing a sientific research culture development project，and establishing a hierarchical and progressve incentivemechanism.Itis expected to promote the in-depth integrationof scientific research practice and teaching，providea referenceable practical path forcultivatinghigh-quality talents in the field of obstetrics and gynecology，and has important practical significance for promoting the reform of medical education.
