AbstractThe reform of graduate courses needs to balance international perspectives and localization needs.This articletakes the Electronic Materials Chemistry course at Xidian Universityas the research object，exploring the constructionofa thre inone curriculumsystemof "intermational standards+Xidiancharacteristics+industryempowerment". Byorganically integrating internationaladvanced teachingconcepts withlocal industrydemands，students'inovationability andindustryadaptabilityhavebeenenhanced，achievingthenationalstrategictalentcultivationgoals infieldssuchasirdgeneration semiconductors，and providing reference for the reformof graduate courses in similar universities.
