Research on the Reform of Blended Teaching in Software Training for Traffic Data Analysis

AbstractThe training course of traffic data analysis software is an important part of cultivating traffic data talents. However,the traditional teaching mode ofthis course has problems such as "cramming" which leads to high learning difficultyand uneven learning outcomes due to diferences in student foundations.The article aims to construct a "student-centered" blended learning model,research and design teaching strategies including diversified teaching resource production,online learning platform construction,andthe combination ofonline self-directed learning and offline clasroom teaching,and establishamulti-dimensional evaluationsystemthat emphasizes both learning process andoutcomes.Practicehasshownthatblendedlearning enhancesstudents'abilities intrafficdataanalysisandsoftware usage,cultivatestheirself-learning,teamwork,anddigitalliteracy,andprovidesanefective waytocultivatehigquality data analysis talentsin the transportation industry.
