Abstract"Determinationof Splenic Nodules in Mice" isoneof the experimental courses offred in the field of radiation protection medicine, which is of great significance for students to understand the efects ofradiation damage. During the teaching process,due tosignificant differences in students' profesional backgrounds and cognitive levels, theyfacesignificantdifficulties inunderstanding theexperimentalprocessand mastering operational skills.Thearticle systematically analyzes the main problems in curent practical teaching,and proposes improvement strategies from optimizing teaching modes,innovating teaching methods,enhancing teachers' teaching abilities,and improving the assessment and evaluation system, in order to help students understand the mechanism of radiation damage,improve practical operation abilities, and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality medical talents.
