Application of Blended Learning Method bBased on the Cultivation of Composite Application-oriented Talents in the Medical Field

AbstractInthecontextofdigital transformationinmedical education，traditionalteaching modelsareno longerable tomeettheneedsof systematic medicalknowledge，complex practical skils，and interdisciplinary integration.The article focuses ontheapplication ofblended leaming inmedical education，analyzes itsadaptation mechanism tothe training objectives ofcomposite applied talents，andconstructs a training model from four dimensions： clinical skills， scientific thinking，humanisticcare，and innovationability.Itrealizes the systematization ofmedical talent knowledge system，theladderofskilltraining，theinteralizationofprofessional ethics，andtheimprovementofinnovationability providing theoreticalbasisand practical path forthedigitaltransformationofmedicaleducationandthecultivationof high-quality composite talents.
