AbstractInthecontextofdigital transformationinmedical education,traditionalteaching modelsareno longerable tomeettheneedsof systematic medicalknowledge,complex practical skils,and interdisciplinary integration.The article focuses ontheapplication ofblended leaming inmedical education,analyzes itsadaptation mechanism tothe training objectives ofcomposite applied talents,andconstructs a training model from four dimensions: clinical skills, scientific thinking,humanisticcare,and innovationability.Itrealizes the systematization ofmedical talent knowledge system,theladderofskilltraining,theinteralizationofprofessional ethics,andtheimprovementofinnovationability providing theoreticalbasisand practical path forthedigitaltransformationofmedicaleducationandthecultivationof high-quality composite talents.
