AbstractThevigorous development ofartificialintellgencehasaprofound impactonthereform ofhigher education. Exploring the empowerment ofartificial inteligence inthereformof ideological and political education in management courses is an important isse in cultivating high-quality management talents in the new era. Course ideological and political education is thefoundationand prerequisite forcultivatingqualified professionals in thefieldofmanagementand administration.Onthe basis ofanalyzingthe necesityofideologicaland politicaleducationreformincurrent management courses，this articleproposes specific strategies forempowering ideological and politicaleducation reformin management courses withartificialinteligence，providingtheoreticalbasisand practicalpathforthecultivationofhigh-qualitytalents in management courses.
