AbstractThe construction of a "one-stop" student community management model in vocational collges is a key carier for deepening the "Sanquan Education" reform in vocational education.In response to the challenges it faces， such as the insuficient effctiveness ofparty building leadership，insufficient sinkingforceof the education team，and the need to optimize infrastructure configuration，this article proposes ways to strengthen party building leadership， optimize institutional systems，and improve infrastructure， providing systematic support for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with both morality and technology.
