AbstractTo understand the relationship between perceived teacher support and academic burnout among college students intheonline environment,improve teachingquality,andaleviateacademic burnout,thisarticle conductedan online surveyof1610 students fromauniversity in Zhejiang Province.Theresultsshowed that the total scoreof the Academic Burnout Scale was (62.54±12.52) ,and the total score of the Perceived Teacher Support Scale was (62.31±8.31) Correlationanalysis foudthatthere is a positivecorrelationbetweenvarious dimensions of teachersupport, while there is asignificant negative correlation with various dimensionsof academic burnout.Stepwise multiple regressonanalysis foundthatemotionalsupport,abilitysupport,andself-directedsupporthave significant negative predictive efects onlow mood,idicating that perceived teachersupportcanefectivelypredictthe level of academicburnout among college students. In online teaching, teacher support should be strengthened to improve academic burnout.
