Study on the Collaborative Path of College Counselors' Ideological and Political Education and Academic Atmosphere Construction

AbstractAgainst thebackdrop of deepening comprehensive reform in higher education，the coordinated development of ideological and political education and academic atmosphere construction by university counselors has become an importantissue in improving thequalityof talent cultivation.Based on the logical framework of practical significance analysis，dilemmadiagnosis，andpathconstruction，thearticlepointsoutthat thesynergybetweenthe twoisofgreat value in achieving talentcultivationgoals，improving educational management eficiency，and promoting the developmentof disciplinaryculture.Inresponse to practical diffculties suchas ideological deviation，mechanismdefects，practical obstacles，and team capacity limitations，thisarticle proposes to constructa path from four dimensions：ideological collboration，mechanism collaboration，practicalcollaboration，andtamcollaboration.Theaimistopromotethedep integration of ideologicaland political education and academic atmosphereconstruction，and provide theoretical references and practical solutions for improving the education system in universities.
