Abstract In the era of comprehensive promotion of smart education and continuous deepening of educational moderizationstrategy,reconstructing the teaching supervisionand evaluationsystem is notonlyainstitutionalrequirement foruniversities toachievequalitygovernance transformation,butalsoastrategic measure toadapt totheevolutionof future educational forms. Inresponse to the problems existing in the current evaluation of teaching supervision in universities, universities need todeeplypractice theconcept ofsmarteducation,startingfrombuilding acolaborative linkage mechanism, constructingan intellgent data support system,and promoting theconstruction of supervision teams.This willpromote a more scientificandaccurate evaluationof teaching inuniversities,formaopen,shared,and integratedsupervisionculture, and promote the high-quality and connotative development of university education governance.
