AbstractIn the context of digital transformation invocational education，the traditional student management model in vocational colleges faceschalenges oflow effciencyand insuficient precision.Basedonpolicysupport，technological development，andsubjectdemand，thisarticledemonstratesthefeasibilityofthehuman-machinecolaborativestudent management model and proposes implementation strategies.By building a management ecosystem of "technology empowerment， data-driven，and multi-party collaboration"， integrating technology platforms such as data center， intelligent decision-making，andinteractiveservices，engineering managementprocesses，enancingsubjectcapabilities， andimproving institutional，resource，andculturalsecuritysystems.Itis expectedthatthisstudycanprovide theoretical basis and practical path for solving the management dilemma of vocational collge students and promoting the modernization of vocational education.
