AbstractObjective：Toexplore the efectiveness ofcombining case-based learning（CBL）with WeChat teaching in the standardized trainingofsurgicalresidents.Methods：Atotalof50 surgicalresidents undergoingstandardizedtrainingat theFirstAfiliated Hospitalof Zhengzhou UniversityfromJanuarytoMarch2O25wereselectedasthestudysubjects. Twenty-fiveresidents wererandomlyasignedtothe traditionalteachingmodelas thecontrol group，while theother25 residents wereassgned to the WeChat combined with CBL teaching model asthe experimental group.Results：The experimentalgroupofresidentsscoredsignificantlygherinclinicalthinkingabilitytheoreticalknowledgeandpractical skills compared to the control group （P<0.05） .Additionally，the experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching method was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The use of WeChat combined with CBLinthestandardizedtrainingofsurgicalresidentscanefectivelyenhance theirclinical thinkingability，theoretical knowledge，and practical skills.Thismethod has significant value for promotion.
