The Two-Way Knowledge Flow in Vocational Education School-Enterprise Cooperation

AbstractThe two-way flow of knowledge in vocational education school enterprise cooperation covers the two-way interactive cycleof theoretical knowledge in schoolsand practical knowledge in enterprises.Itsoperational logic includes subject role positioning,driving mechanism,and path selection.Inreality,there are obstacles such as institutional deficiencies,cognitive biases,and resource misalignments in the two-wayflow of knowledge.Therefore, the article proposes strategies such as improving institutional design,strengthening cognitive collaboration,and optimizing resource docking,in order to effectively promote thetransformation ofknowledge flowbetween schools and enterprises from one-way transmission to two-way co creation, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for vocational education reform.
