Research on the Optimization of Higher Vocational College Teachers' Intrinsic Motivation Mechanism Based on Self-Determination Theory

Abstract Against the backdrop of continuously deepening reforms in the higher vocational education system, teachers,as a key force in improving educational quality,have become an important topic in educational management research in terms of their professonal motivation and internal incentive mechanisms.Traditional external incentive methods have gradually shown drawbacks such as diminishing incentive efects in long-term practice,making it difficult to sustainably stimulate teachers'teaching enthusiasm and professonal development momentum.Based on self-determinationtheory,this article constructs an analytical framework for the intrinsic motivation mechanism of vocational collge teachers and proposes an optimization path for the intrinsic motivation mechanism of vocational collge teachers,inorderto provide theoretical guidanceand practicalsolutions forachievingsustainabledevelopment of vocational college teachers.
