AbstractInnursing education practice,criticalthinking abilityisacore indicator formeasuring theclinicaldecisionmaking and problem-solving abilities of nursing intems.The traditionalclinical teaching model is difficult to effectively cultivate interns'higher-order thinkingabilitiesdue tothe disconnectbetween theoryand practice,andthelackof thinking guidance mechanisms.The article explores the application ofcase-based and problem-based clinical teaching models innursing internshipsandtheirimpactoninters'critical thinking abilities.This modeldrives active knowledge construction through contextualized teaching content, promotes systematic thinking development through interactive teaching,strengthens thinkingresponsibilitythrough autonomous decision-making,significantlyenhances interns' critical thinking ability, and provides a path reference for clinical nursing education reform.
