AbstractInnursing education practice，criticalthinking abilityisacore indicator formeasuring theclinicaldecisionmaking and problem-solving abilities of nursing intems.The traditionalclinical teaching model is difficult to effectively cultivate interns'higher-order thinkingabilitiesdue tothe disconnectbetween theoryand practice，andthelackof thinking guidance mechanisms.The article explores the application ofcase-based and problem-based clinical teaching models innursing internshipsandtheirimpactoninters'critical thinking abilities.This modeldrives active knowledge construction through contextualized teaching content， promotes systematic thinking development through interactive teaching，strengthens thinkingresponsibilitythrough autonomous decision-making，significantlyenhances interns' critical thinking ability， and provides a path reference for clinical nursing education reform.
