AbstractThe curent higher education management service system has problems such as low management efficiency， lagging services，and dificulty in meeting the diverse needs of teachers andstudents.Digital transformation is needed to enhanceoveralleiciency.Thisarticleanalyzes thenecessityof drivingthe digital transformationof theeducation management service system in universities through smart logistics，and proposes atransformation path based on smart logistics，includingbuldinganinteligentdata platform，ptimizinglogisticsbusiness processes，constructingasartIoT ecosystem，andimprovingdigital governance mechanisms，inorder toeffectivelyimprove themanagementleveland servicequalityofuniversities and providereference for promoting themodernizationofuniversity education management.
