AbstractInthecurrentsevereemployment situation，exploring strategies toenhancetheemployabilityofcollege graduates is of great significance for narowing the gap between higher education and enterprise employment needs， resolving the structural employmentcontradictionofthecoexistenceof diffcult employment anddificult recruitment， and achieving more adequate and higher-quality employment.This article constructs a "2+3" employability indexsystem for vocational nursing students，proposes a scientific， effective，and comprehensive "2+3" quantitative evaluation method forthe employability of vocational nursing students，and explores "2+3" employment promotion strategies for vocational nursingstudents，providingareferenceforcollegesanduniversities toeffectivelycarryout graduate employment work.
