AbstractPsychological health education incollges anduniversities isan important guarantee forcultivating the healthypsychologicalqualityofcolegestudentsand promotingtheiral-rounddevelopment.Exploring theinovative pathof psychological healtheducation incolegesanduniversities underthe backgroundof"Internetplus"isof great significanceforimproving theeffectivenessofeducation.Currently，mentalhealtheducationinuniversities stillfaces many practicalchalenges.Therefore，onthe basisofanalyzingthe deepchallenges faced bymental health education in colleges and universities under the background of "Intermet plus"，thearticle proposes to builda "1+X" psychological micro curriculum group，createacolaborativeplatformfor"SanquanEducation"，developa"psychologicalintegral" growth icentivesystem，andpromotethe"immediatefeedback"interactivecounselingmode，soastoexploreeffective ways toachieve the improvement of the quality of mental health education incolleges and universities.
