AbstractThepopularizationofhighereducationandthe upgrading ofindustrialstructure areadvancingsimultaneously， and thedemand for high-quality applied talents in society is growing explosively. Private universities account for more thana quarterofthe total numberofstudents inthecountry，but theyare generally trapped inthedilemmaof "supply inflatio demand mismatch".The article takes supplyand demand matching asthe main line，first depicting the triple changes in the job competency structure on the demand side，andthen examining the systematic deviations of the supply side in five dimensions： training objectives，curriculum updates，faculty structure， practical platforms，and school enterprise cooperation.Based on these，improvement plans are proposed around talent training objectives，curiculum， teacher qualifications，practice，and school enterprise coperation，providing replicable experience for resource limited private universities to achieve precise talent supply.

自1999年高校扩招以来，我国高等教育毛入学率从10.5% 跃升至2023年的 59.6% ，民办高校在校生占全国在校生总数的比例由 1.4% 提高到 25.6% ，成为高等教育体系不可忽视的力量。（剩余4087字）
