Research on the Construction of Diversified Teaching Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract With the acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading, vocational colleges, as the main batlefield forcultivating skilled talents,have increasinglyatracted widespread attention from societyfor theirteaching evaluation system. The traditional teaching evaluation system of vocational colleges faces the reality of being disconected from industry demand, with problems such as a single main structure, homogeneous and solidified standards,and weak process monitoring, which makes it dificult forthe qualityof talent cultivation to accurately match job competency requirements and restricts the effctiveness of vocational education in serving regional economic development.Thisstudyaims to explore the systematic constructionstrategy ofdiversified teaching evaluationsystem in vocational colleges,in order to meet the inherent needs of the typological development of vocational education.
