AbstractAsakeyelementofthecorecompetitivenessofuniversities，thecarerdevelopmentofuniversityteachers hasa profound impact.The article analyzes the relationship between teacher carerdevelopment and human resource management， pointing out tatthrearestillproblems inurrentcollborative management，suchasalackofcollaborativeawareness，lowgoal fit，insufficitproescollaboatio，adimpfetitivemeaiss.Isposetoteallnges，teaticleotts aneffectivemchanismthatincudesconsciousesscolboration，goalollaboation，processcollaborationandietive collaboration.Itstartsfromtheunifcationofgoalsbetweensholsndteachers，thecoectionbetweenrecruitmentandcaer developmentstages，andthe integrationofincentivessuchassaaryandpromotion，strivingtopromoteteacher growth，nhance university competitiveness，and promote sustainable development of higher education.
