AbstractAsakeyelementofthecorecompetitivenessofuniversities,thecarerdevelopmentofuniversityteachers hasa profound impact.The article analyzes the relationship between teacher carerdevelopment and human resource management, pointing out tatthrearestillproblems inurrentcollborative management,suchasalackofcollaborativeawareness,lowgoal fit,insufficitproescollaboatio,adimpfetitivemeaiss.Isposetoteallnges,teaticleotts aneffectivemchanismthatincudesconsciousesscolboration,goalollaboation,processcollaborationandietive collaboration.Itstartsfromtheunifcationofgoalsbetweensholsndteachers,thecoectionbetweenrecruitmentandcaer developmentstages,andthe integrationofincentivessuchassaaryandpromotion,strivingtopromoteteacher growth,nhance university competitiveness,and promote sustainable development of higher education.
