Construction of Autonomous Learning and Competency Assessment Mechanisms under the Micro-Credential Teaching Model

AbstractIn the context of the transformation and development of higher vocational education, micro majors,as a teaching form that focuses onjob skils and serves industrialupgrading,are becoming an important lever for deepening the reform of "three educations"and promoting the integration of "job course competition certificate".The article is based on constructivist learning theory and competency based education philosophy, focusing on the problems oflack ofsupportmechanisms andsingleabilityasssment methods incurrentmicroprofessionalteachingpractice.It proposes a self-directed leaming support mechanism with task driven,platform supported,andability orientedas the core, constructs a five dimensional closed-loop structure of "diagnosis learning management evaluation thinking",and designs amultidimensional ability evaluation index systemcovering knowledge,skils,and literacy.Thestudy further explored the integrationpath ofRubricscale,self-evaluationand peer evaluation mechanism,andAIasistedfeedback tool in micro professional ability assessment, aiming to provide a reference model for vocational colleges to build a "teaching learming evaluation" collaborative micro professional teaching support system.
