Research on the Problem and Countermeasures of "Delayed Employment" for Fresh Graduates from Vocational Colleges

AbstractThis study is based ona surveyand analysis offresh graduates majoring in water conservancy in vocational coleges，aiming toclarifythecauses of"delayed employment" among graduates.The current phenomenonof"delayed employment" among vocational college graduates is mainly influenced by various factors such as the imbalance of supply and demand in the job market， the lack of career planning for students，family economic conditions，and insufficientemployment guidance from schools.In view of this，the article proposes solutions from guiding students to clarifytheir carerplans，update their employmentconcepts，strengthen employment guidanceservices，and implement familyeconomic assistancetocope withthe phenomenonof"delayedemployment"forfresh graduates，help vocational college graduates better integrate into the job market， and improve the quality of employment.
