Analysis on the Deconstruction and Reconstruction Strategies of New Business Education under the Background of Digital Transformation

AbstractAgainst thebackdrop of digital technologyreshaping the businessecosystem,thecontradiction between the adaptabilityof traditional busines education systems and industry demands is becoming increasingly prominent.The study takes deconstruction and reconstruction as the logical mainline,analyzes the structural limitations of traditional business education in terms of training objectives,curiculum system,teaching mode,and other dimensions,andreveals the newrequirements for education broughtaboutbydigital technologydriven business logic transformation,industrial formevolution,andtalentcapabilityiteration.Basedonthis,astrategyfortheecologicalreconstructionofnewbusiness education is proposed: byrepositioning educational value anchors,melting disciplinary boundaries,transforming training models,and optimizing resource allcation,anew educationsystem with digitalcapabilities asthecore, interdisciplinary integrationasthefeature,and data-drivensupport isconstructed,providingtheoreticalreferences and practicalpaths for promoting the adaptation of new business education to digital transformation.
