Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Engineering Majors in Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of New Engineering

AbstractUnder the backgroundof new engineering disciplines,practical teaching of engineering majors in local undergraduatecolleges faces problems such as insuficient interdisciplinary integration,outdated teaching content,and traditional methods,which restrict the cultivationof inovativeandapplied talents.The article proposes a systematic reform plan: to reconstruct the four step progressive practical teaching system of "foundation experiment synthesis innovation" and strengthen the cultivation of engineering abilities; Innovatively introducing project driven teaching, virtual simulation,and CDIOschoolenterprisecollaboration model; Add interdisciplinarypracticalcoursesandintegrate cutting-edge technologies; Establish a diversified evaluation mechanism of "process assessment+enterprise evaluation+ practical testing".Through reform,student competition awards,research participation,and employment rates have significantly increased, verifying the effectiveness of practical teaching reform.
