AbstractInthe talentcultivationsystemofapplieduniversities,collgeChinese,asafundamentalcourse to enhance students'languageexpression,ultualliteacyndprofessonaldaptabilityectlyectstheapingofdents comprehensive competitiveness interms of teaching effectiveness.The traditional teaching modeis difficult tomeet the practical needs ofcultivating practical talents due to problems such asvague goals,outdated content,and single methods.The OBE (Outcome Based Education) concept focuses on "student ability output" and emphasizes the alignmentof teachingobjectiveswithprofessionalneeds,aswellas the integrationofteaching processesandpractical scenarios,providing new ideas for the reform ofuniversity Chinese language teaching.
