Construction of Evaluation System for "Double-Qualified" Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

AbstractDouble qualified teachers are the key to the development of modern Vocational education.The article analyzes theabilityrequirements of vocationalcolleges for teachers,mainly including educational ability,teaching ability,practicalability,scientificresearchandserviceability,etc.Combiing withthecurrentsituationofthe"double qualified" teacher team in vocationalcollegesand the problems in the evaluation processit proposes an evaluation system for "double qualified" teachers in vocational coleges against the "Basic Standards for "Double Qualified" Teachers in Vocational Education (Trial)" issued by the MinistryofEducation,and puts forward specific suggestions for the selection of primary and secondary evaluation indicators,evaluation content,evaluation methods,and evaluation subjects, providing a reference for the evaluation and recognition of "double qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
