Research on the Evaluation of Employment Assistance Effectiveness for Students from Economically Difficult Families Based on the Perspective of Employment Matching

AbstractBased on theperspective ofemployment matching, this study takes Auniversity as an example to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of four types of assistance measures:precise identification,ability improvement, resource linkage,and psychologicalempowerment. It is found that each typeof asistance measure has a diferentiated impact on employment matching degree,employment quality,and stability. At thesame time,the study also pointed out the problems ofsupplyanddemandinformationasymmetry,homogenzationofassistance,insuffcientsustainabilityand asingle evaluationsystem incurrent assistance.Inresponse tothe problem,research proposes optimization strategies such as building a precise assistance system, strengthening the mechanism for improving employment matching, establishing a multidimensionalevaluation system,and forming along-term mechanism for social collaborativeasistance,iming to improve the qualityand stability ofemployment for students from economically disadvantaged families.
