AbstractThe article discusses the importance of implementing blended learning in management basic course from the perspective ofopen education，and proposes strategies for blended learning inmanagement basic courses based on blended learning theory.Thearticleanalyzes the design principles and ideas of blended teaching in management basic courses under the background of open education，and explores the practical application of blended teaching in management basic courses at Guiyang Open University based on the design ideas.
