AbstractThe construction of laboratory safety courses is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of safety education. The article summarizes the construction experience and implementation efectiveness ofthe graduate laboratory safety course "Laboratory Safety and Environmental Health"at Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus. It specifically elaborates on the course teaching objectives,course design background and key directions,course content seting and faculty team construction, teaching strategies and resource allocation, as well as key elements such as course assessment. At the same time, it presents the main ideas and teaching concepts ofthe course construction,as wellas the effects brought by strengthening the course assessment process,aiming to provide useful references for other universities in the design and construction of graduate laboratory safety education courses.
