AbstractAgainst he backdropof the "Double High Plan"to promote high-qualitydevelopmentofvocational education, enhancing thesocialservicecapabilitiesoflocalvocationalcoleges hasbecome thecoretaskofservingregionaleconomic transformationand upgrading.Taking Chenzhou Vocational Technical College as an example, this article proposes specific paths toenhance the social servicecapabilities oflocal vocational colleges fromthe aspectsof building a service-oriented educationalphilosophy,deepeningschool enterprisecooperation,promotingthe transformationofscientificresearch achievements,and improving long-term social service mechanisms.This has practicalsignificance for promoting thehighquality development of vocational education services in the local area.

2019年国务院印发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确提出职业教育要“对接科技发展趋势和市场需求”,并强调“职业院校应当根据自身特点和人才培养需要,主动与具备条件的企业在人才培养、技术创新、就业创业、社会服务、文化传承等方面开展合作”,这一政策标志着职业教育从传统的“学历教育"向“服务型教育"转型,为地方高职院校社会服务能力的提升提供了制度保障。(剩余4446字)
