The Path to Improve the Teaching Ability of Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Universities under the Guidance of Students

AbstractThe ideological and political education course is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moralityand talents.The student-centeredconceptemphasizes taking students'needs as thecoreand promoting thetransformationofteachingmode.However,therearestillproblems intheteachingabilityofideologicalandpolitical course teachers in current universities,such as insuffcient analysis of leaming situations,single teaching methods,and limitedabilitytointegrate technology.Inthisregard,teacherscanstart from deep emotionalanalysis,innovativeteaching methods,and the integration of educational technology.Through precise teaching positioning,activating classroom participation,expanding teaching dimensions,and other strategies,teachers can enhance their teaching abilities, strengthen the affinityandefectivenessof ideological and political courses,andultimatelyachieve theorganic unityof teaching goals and student development.
