Thearticle focuses on the phenomenonof"heavy" applicationand "light"construction insome engineering training bases. Based on the demonstration efect of the joint training base for mechanical engineering graduate students，through investigation and analysis，it explores the main reasons for such phenomena in the cooperation between ordinary universities and enterprises in industry unversity research，and proposes corresponding strategies，aiming to further improve the long-term development mechanism ofjoint training bases with the goal ofcultivating high-quality talents.
