AbstractAgainst the background of thein-depth advancement ofthe strategy to build a powerful education nation, the pre-job training for newly recruited teachers in collges and universities,as a key link in the construction of the teaching staff,directlyaffects the levelof talentcultivation inhigher education.There areseveral problems inthe current training.Byreconstructing the training content throughthree-dimensional integration,the pertinence and effectiveness ofpre-jobtrainingcan be effectively improved,providing high-qualityteacher support forthe construction of a powerful education nation and promoting the connotative development of higher education.
