Research on the Optimization Path of "Three Styles" Construction in Universities under the "Four-Member Collaboration" Mode

AbstractThe construction of the "Three Styles" in universities plays an important role in cultivating students' comprehensive literacy and shaping campus culture，directly afecting the qualityof talent cultivation. However，there are problems with the current constructionofthe "Three Styles" in universities，such as loose class atmosphere construction，somewhat impetuousacademic atmosphereconstruction，andrelativelychaoticconstructionofacademic atmosphere.Therefore，basedonthe "four-membercollaboration"model，this article proposes anoptimizationpath for the constructionof the "three styles"inuniversities from four dimensions： ideological and politicaleducation，teaching guidance，rolemodel guidance，andindustryuniversityintegration，inordertoenhance thepertinenceandsustainability of the "threestyles"construction，and provide reference for universities to build a collaborative educationsystemand deepen practical education mechanisms.
