Abstract:The fuzz buton connector represents anovel type ofverticalinterconnection electromechanical component, which mainlyconsistsofafuzzbuttoncontact,an insulating mounting plate,anda printed circuit board(PCB).The fuzz buttoncontactisthecorecomponentofthistypeofelectricalconnectorthatisresponsibleforconductingandbreakingloads. Byconstructinga digital prototype model ofthe fuzz buton contact,andbasedonexperimentsand tests,theresearch was conductedontheperformancedegradationpaternofthefuzzuttoncontact,andadegradationmodelwasestablishedbased on the Wiener stochastic processes.On this basis,anLSTMdeep learning neural network model was apliedto achieve rapid calculationofthedegradation of pressng force,rebound,andresistanceof thefuzzbutton contactover time.The optimal design of the median life of the wool button contact at was carried out,and the optimal material characteristic parameters,processmanufacturing parameters andreliabilitymodel were finallyobtained.Afterreliabilityoptimization,the median life of the button contact at 125C was 77.5h ,which could meet the service life requirements.
