Abstract：This articleaims to exploreandanalyze the diferent paths of RISC-V standards development worldwide， particularly comparing and analyzing the strategies，progress，and challngesofRISC-V standards development and promotion in China，Europe，andthe United States.RIsC-V，asanopen-source instructionsetarchitecture，hassignifiant advantags infexibilityandscalabilityanditsstandardizationprocessisofgreat significance totheglobal semiconductor industryand technological innovation.Through in-depth research onpoliciesandregulations，drivingentities，major achievements，andfuturechallngesindiffrentregions，thisarticlereveals thesimiaritiesanddiferences inthedvelopment paths of each region，and proposes suggestions for promoting global RIsC-V standardization.
