Abstract:This articleaims to exploreandanalyze the diferent paths of RISC-V standards development worldwide, particularly comparing and analyzing the strategies,progress,and challngesofRISC-V standards development and promotion in China,Europe,andthe United States.RIsC-V,asanopen-source instructionsetarchitecture,hassignifiant advantags infexibilityandscalabilityanditsstandardizationprocessisofgreat significance totheglobal semiconductor industryand technological innovation.Through in-depth research onpoliciesandregulations,drivingentities,major achievements,andfuturechallngesindiffrentregions,thisarticlereveals thesimiaritiesanddiferences inthedvelopment paths of each region,and proposes suggestions for promoting global RIsC-V standardization.
