Abstract:Withthe developmentofrail transitvehicles inChina,higherand higher requirements have beenput forward forthe materials used inrail transit vehicles.The fatigue performance of aluminum allywelded joints has an important impact on the service performance of aluminum alloys.It isof great signifcance to study and test the fatigue performance of aluminum aloy welded joints.This article summarizes andanalyzes the relevant standards for thefatigueperformance of aluminum aloy welded joints used inrail transitvehicles,comprehensively determines the standards that need tobe comparedandanalyzed,andomprehensivelycomparesandanalyzes thediferences intermsof thescopeofaplicatioof the standards,sampleselection,sample processing,loadconditions,testing methods,andotheraspects,providingreference for the development of fatigue performance testing plans for aluminum alloy welded joints used inrail transit vehicles.
