Interpretation of the New and Old Standards of GB/T 26494, Aluminum alloy extruded profiles used for railway vehicle structures

Abstract: GB/T26494-2023,Aluminum alloy extruded profiles used for railway vehicle structures,which replaces GB/T 26494-2016,has beenreleasedand implemented.The standard has beenrevisedinterms ofnormative references,terminology definitions,product classification,technical requrements,test methods,product labeling,and otheraspects.Inorderto enablestandardsusers tobeterunderstandthediferencesbeforeandafterthestandardrevision,andcomprehendandmaster the newstandard,thisarticle mainlyintroduces thebackgroundofthestandardrevision,andinterpretsandanalyzes the differences between the newandold versions ofGB/T6494,soas toprovide asstance for the efectiveimplementationof the new standard and promote the development of the aluminum alloy industry for railway vehicles.

0 引言

GB/T26494—2016《轨道交通车辆结构用铝合金挤压型材》(以下简称“旧标准”)于2017年11月1日实施,该标准在实施过程当中对规范市场秩序,引导产品高质量发展具有积极意义,但近些年随着材料应力腐蚀、疲劳性能、焊接性能等材料性能测试研究和铝合金挤压型材服役研究均取得了大量的成果,国内铝合金挤压型材技术水平近几年也取得了较为快速的发展,同时材料性能测试方法标准也存在大量的修订等,诸多方面的因素均对《轨道交通车辆结构用铝合金挤压型材》标准提出了需求,该标准的部分内容已经不能够适应现有市场和产品发展需要,需对既有的《轨道交通车辆结构用铝合金挤压型材》标准进行修订,以保证该标准的先进性和适用性,更好地满足产品制备、检验及交付的使用。(剩余5659字)
