Research on Characterization and Standards of Graphene Functional Groups

Abstract: Gaphene,asatwo-dimensional material withexcellntoptical,electrical,thermal,mechanicalandmagetic properties,has very wide applicationand huge market potential.The surfaceand edges of graphene containalarge number ofoxygen-containing functionalgroups.Theidentifcationandquantitativeanalysisofthese functional groupsareegarded as one of the key controlcharacteristics for the production and application of graphene.This paper,in combination with international standards and literature,conducts research and comparative analysis on three characterization methods of graphene functional groups.Meanwhile,it studies andsorts outthecurrent status of international standards for characterizing the physical,chemical,electrochemical and structural properties of graphene. Combined withthe standardizationsituation in China,it puts forward reasonable suggestions,providing areferencebasis for the future development of graphene standardization in China.
