Abstract: Aimingat the problemthatthefaultdiagnosis ofintegratedavionics informationsystem depends on theexperience ofmaintenancepersonnel,withinsufcientdegreeofintelligenceandlowaccuracyoffaultisolation,thepaperdesignsan avionics fault reasoning algorithm based on fusion BERT model. First, the BERT + CRF algorithm is used to extract and disambiguatetheentityof thefeldfaultdescriptiontext,andlocatethefaulttothemoduleobject.Then,theBERTsemantic similaritymodel is usedtoaccurately matchthefaulttothe standard failuremode,andthe troubleshooting scheme inthe historicalfaultdatabaseismatchedtoguidethemaitenancepersonneltotroubleshoot.Finallybyconstructingrealdata set,itisverifedtatteccuracycallandFsoreofteeasoningalgorithaegreatlyimproved,omparedwiththe three intelligent algorithms ofBiLSTM,LSTMand cosine similarity.
