Abstract：As informationtechnology integrates deplywiththeoilandgasindustry，thetraditional modelof standards managementfaceschalengessuchasloweciency，laggingversionupdates，andlackofknowledgeassociation，andailing to meet the industry’s neds for data sharing，inteligent analysis，and quick decision-making.This paper focuses on the digital transformationoftheoilandgasindustry.Using thereservoirstimulationfieldasanentrypoint，itproposesa“dataknowledge-application”thre-tierpromotionframeworktoconstructadigitalmodelandimplementationpathforstandardsin the oilandgasindustry，andbuildastandards knowledgegraphcovering theentireprocesofreservoirstimulationItuesa “busine-standard’dual-driven strategytobuilda knowledgesystemwhile exploring the applicationscenariosofstandards digitalization.Research shows that standards documents digitalizationcan significantly improve the appicationeffciency andmanagementlevelofreservoirstimulationstandards，injectnewvitalityintothedigitaltransformationofthepetroleum industry，whichareofimportantthoreticalandpracticalsigniicancefopromotingthedigitalandintellgent transfration of standards in the oil and gas industry.
