Abstract：This paper explores theappicationofthe ISO90olqualitymanagementsystem inthe new material enterprises on roadpetroleum asphalt.Itelaborates on the ISO90ol qualitymanagement systemmodelandtheresearchonitsintroduction and promotion，and proposesa quality management promotion plan featuring standardization，process orientation，and normalizationcombined withthecharacteristicsof thenewmaterialindustryofroad petroleumasphaltandthedemandsof downstreamcustomers.This is conducive to enhancing thequality managementlevel ofasphalt new materialsand improving customer satisfaction.
