专利和标准的转化融合对中小企业创新发展的影响及对策研究

Abstract：Inthefieldofhightechnologythetransformationandintegrationofpatentsandstandardshaveanimportant impact on the innovation and developmentof smalland medium-sized enterprises （SMEs）.The purpose of this study is to explore therelationshipbetweenpatenttechnologiesandstandardizationactivities，andhowthisinteractionafects the inovationabilityand marketcompetitiveness ofSMEs.Byanalyzing the direct transformationand integrationof patents andstandards within SMEs，this paperreveals theprocess oftransforming patent technologies intostandards，and howthis process promotestechnologicalinnovationandindustrialupgradingofenterprises.Inaddition，thispaperalsodiscusssthe mechanismofthe transformationand integrationofpatentsand standards，andhow to strengthenthis interaction through policysupport，soas topromote theinnovationanddevelopmentofSMEs.Thefindingsofthis paperareof great significance forunderstanding the importance of the interaction between patents and standards，and formulating relevant policies to support the innovation and development of SMEs.
