Abstract:Copper tosuperconductorratioisaveryimportant performanceindicatorofCu/Nb-Tisuperconducting wires, whichis crucial forthe stable productionofCu/Nb-Ti superconducting wires and the accurate calculationof their critical current density. In recent years, the performance and quality level of Cu/Nb -Ti superconducting wires have continuously improved,and the domesticand international markets havebeen continuously expanded,and the industrialization development hasshownvigorous vitalityand vigor,withastrongdevelopment momentum.Thedemand forstandardization of accurate andeficient copper to superconductorratio measurement is becoming increasinglyurgent.This paper analyzes the situationand existing problems ofGB/T22587-2017,Matrix to superconductor volumeratio measurement-Copper to superconductor volume ratioofCu/Nb-Ti composite superconducting wires,and further putsforward suggestions for standardizationof Cu/Nb. Ti superconducting wire copper to superconductor ratio measurement. It promotes the progress and update of China's Cu/Nb -Ti superconducting wire measurement standardization, and provides strong support for the high-quality development of China's Nb-Ti superconducting wires.

0 引言
Cu/Nb-Ti超导材料为单相β型固溶体,其上临界磁场( Hc2 )在4.2K约为 12To Nb-Ti超导体一般采用熔炼方法加工成合金,再使用集束拉拔工艺将其加工成以铜为基体的多芯复合超导线,最后通过结合时效热处理的冷加工工艺,获得由 β 单相合金转变为具有强钉扎中心的两相 (a+β) 合金的结构,其中 a 析出相作为钉扎中心提高材料的临界电流密度。(剩余6172字)
