Abstract：This paperfirstly sorts outthecurrentsituation of standards constructionon domestic virtual power plants in termsof thestandardssystemandexistingstandardsatdiferentlevels.Itanalyzesthedevelopmenttrendofvirtualpower plantcommunication technologyand judges the communication architecture supporting the development of virtual power plant businessIt finallyputs forward the mainproblems and standardization construction demandof virtualpower plant informationand communication，designs the directionof standardsconstruction of thecommunicationbranch of virtual power plants，summarizes andanalyzes the scope ofapplication，maincontents and problems tobesolved，soas to provide technical guidance for the development of virtual power plants and accelerate the application.

随着新型电力系统建设快速推进，分布式电源、电动汽车等新兴资源发展迅猛，“源荷”双侧随机特性凸显，传统“源随荷动”的电网运行调节方式受到挑战，系统灵活性调节资源容量严重不足，到2030年预计可再生能源功率调节缺口将达到7亿千瓦。（剩余5261字）
