Abstract:TheGB/T4909-2009 seriesofstandards,Testmethods forbare wires,runthrough thewhole process ofraw material inspection, production process control,finished product testing,and engineering operationand maintenance, providing standardized technical support for the quality control of bare wire products.With the aceleration of new energy power gridconstruction,thepopularizationofUHVtechnology,andtheapplicationexpansionof micro-fine wires inhighendfields,thelimitationsofcurrentstandards intermsoftestingaccuracyformicro-fine wires,detectionmethods fornew coatings,andcompatibility with international standards have gradually become prominent.Thispaper systematically sorts out the application practices of GB/T4909 seriesof standards inqualitycontrol atthe manufacturing end,aceptance and operationand maintenanceof power enginering,third-party testingandcertification,andtechnologicalinnovation.Aiming at the pain points in the use of the standards, it puts forward revision suggestions.
