Application Effect of Standardized Nutritional Nursing Combined with Video Health Guidance in Obese Patients with Type2 Diabetes

Abstract：Objective：To explore the application effect of standardized nutritional nursing combined with video health guidance in obese patients with type2 diabetes.Methods： 70 obese patients with type 2 diabetes admited to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected as the study objects， and randomlydivided into the control groupandtheobservation group，with 35cases ineach group.Thecontrol group received routine nursing，and theobservation group received standardized nutritional nursing combined with video health guidance.Results： The blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the qualityoflife score intheobservation group was higherthan that inthe control group，and the nursingsatisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant differences （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Theimplementationofstandardized nutritional nursing combined with video health guidance has asignificantpositive impacton obese patients with type2diabetes，which can significantly optimize the blood sugar control level of patients，improve the quality of lifeand nursing satisfaction，and has high clinical promotion value.
