Observation on the Effect of Labor Education in Standardized Practical Teaching of Basic Nursing

Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of labor education in standardized practical teaching of basic nursing. Methods： Using retrospective method， 200 nursing students of Yuncheng Vocational Nursing Collge Teaching Hospitalin 2O23 were selected and divided into theexperimental groupand thecontrol group，with10ocases in each group. The control group adopted standardized practical teaching of basic nursing，and the experimental group implemented labor education in standardized practical teaching of basic nursing.The teaching effect and its influence on teachers and students were compared and analyzed.Results：The experimental group had better nursing satisfaction， teaching quality and teaching effect than the control group，with statistical significance （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The implementation oflabor education in the standardized practical teaching ofbasic nursing can improve teachers' nursing satisfaction，improve teachers'teachingability，improve students'learning level，andimprove students’laborliteracy which can be popularized in the practical teaching of basic nursing.
